Ben Tompkins is a Board Certified Personal Injury Trial Law Specialist based at the firm’s Bedford office, where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation. With over 35 years experience, Mr. Tompkins has been the lead attorney in over 900 cases, deposed over 1,000 parties, and tried over 300 jury trials to verdict.
