In 1989, J. C. Bailey III and Phillip Galyen established the Dallas based law firm of Bailey & Galyen. Over the years the firm has expanded to provide clients with neighborhood offices in Arlington, Bedford, Ft. Worth, Grand Prairie, Irving, Plano and Weatherford as well as four offices in Houston and three locations in south Texas.

Bailey & Galyen has grown to one of the largest consumer law practices in Texas. More than 30 attorneys and a substantial support staff in offices not only in Texas, but also in Florida and Missouri, have positioned our firm for continued nationwide expansion.
